good numbers

The open mike last night was the most successful one to date, there were about 11 people signed up, and one or two people left because the list was too long. It therefore wasn’t necessary to play for an hour and a half before people showed up to play. Although, that’s not that bad really, it gives me an opportunity to play for longer and to keep the covers pretty sharp.
Tonight looks to be an electronic session with my friend from California. We have been doing this cross-country mp3 trade thing, with some success. Usually one of us will have some sort of idea, and then the other person builds on it. It’s a fun way to work. I’ll put up a couple of examples here in a bit. Here’s one of the tracks.
